Federlism is a federal system checks the growth of tyranny, allow unty uniformity, encourages experimentation, and keep government closer to , the people. Sovereignty is theunion and exercise of all human power possessed in a state. Seperation of powers-understanding that the government's role is to protect individual rights, but acknowledging that governments have historcally a number of measures have been derived to reduce this like lilhood. The consept of seperation of power is one such measure. Majority rules prosses dose not require consesenseue for a group action. Insted, decisions are made by voting with majority determining the position of the entire group. The system of checks and balances is a part of our constitution. It guarantees that no part of the government becomes too powerfull. For example, the legislative branch is in charge of making laws. The executive branch can veto the laws, thus making it harder for legislate branch to pass laws. The judicial branch may also say that the law is uniconstitutional and thus make sure it is not a law.
